Craig Staufer is a well-known artist in Medina, where he can often be seen painting scenes in the city square. He is a devoted plein air artist, which involves taking your easel to a location and completing the painting in one session. Staufer also leads community painting sessions in the city square.

Arthur Ruffin is a devoted pastor and community organizer in Medina. As a champion for diversity, equity and inclusion, he has spearheaded Martin Luther King Jr. programs, Black History Month events and the city’s first official Juneteenth celebration.
