DI Annika Strandhed (Nicola Walker) and the team return to solve more murders that wash up from Scotland’s waters. Strandhed shares her wry insights on the crimes while raising her teen daughter, Morgan.

The drama follows the sharp, witty and enigmatic Strandhed as she leads the specialist Marine Homicide Unit (MHU), which is tasked with investigating the unexplained and seemingly unfathomable murders that wash up in Scottish waterways. Through the series, Strandhed makes the audience her confidante by breaking the fourth wall and sharing her wry observations on the case and her life.
