Chief Development Officer

The Chief Development Officer (CDO) is a key member of the senior leadership team at PBS Western Reserve. This position is responsible for leading and executing the station's membership, major gifts, planned giving and grants fundraising strategies to ensure financial sustainability and growth. The CDO will oversee all aspects of fundraising activities and initiatives within an organization, including managing donor relationships, developing fundraising strategies, securing grants, and managing the development team to achieve financial goals. Additionally, the CDO will seek additional, innovative, streams of revenue. The role requires a visionary leader with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills who can inspire generosity and foster meaningful partnerships.
